How to Update and Confirm Your CPI Security Account Information

It is important to keep your CPI Security account information up-to-date and accurate to ensure that you are getting the best possible protection. Please take a moment to confirm that the account info we have on file is accurate. If not, please fill in any details that we might be missing. 

This should only take a minute or two of your time. Thanks! 

After your CPI Security installation, we want to verify your account details to make sure everything is accurate. Here is how to do so via the CPI Security inTouch™ app.  

Log in using your username and password. 

First, we want to confirm or update your codeword.  

  1. Press “More”  
  2. Click “My Account” 
  3. Tap on “Manage Location Codewords” 
  4. Check your codeword and update if necessary. 
  5. Press “Save” 

Next, we’re going to verify your account information and make any necessary updates. 

  1. Press “More”
  2. Tap “Account Management” 
  3. Tap “Account Information” 
  4. Press “Edit” 
  5. Confirm your account information is correct and update if necessary. 
  6. Press “Save”  

Then we’re going to update/verify your emergency details. 

  1. Press “More” 
  2. Tap “Account Management” 
  3. Tap “Property Information” 
  4. Confirm or fill out the information, such as how many adults, children, and pets are in the home. 
  5. Then press “Update”
